PRINT 2 PROSPER : Shipping Policy

All sales are final. shipping times are determined by the shipping vendor. UPS, USPS and others will ship at the rates outlined in their company policy. We will utilize the cheapest and fastest service by default, if you want faster shipping times you may select that while checking out. 

PRESALE ITEMS:

Presale items are ordedrs that are ordered together with a specific production plan ordered within a window.  Right now we are opening our presale items up for sale for a two week period with a week and half print lead time before the items are delivered to your selected shipper. The Group that we are hosting for is most likely placing thes dates in their marketing and we encourage you to reach out directly to them for exact expectations. We do not control these production dates and times. They are all driven by when we get the order final order qty. If you have any questions about your order you can login and check the status or reach out directly to us. Most often we can work with you. 

 

PRINT ON DEMAND: 

Print on demand is where we initiate printing your order the day after we receive your order. Some print on demand products are faster to print than others. This is due to products being available for us to print on. Once we receive your order we work quickly to produce your order and others. This process should not take any longer than 7-10 business days. Once we are done printing your order we will ship it out using the ship settings you chose at check out. If your order has any issues that slow it down someone from our team will reach out directly to you to explain and offer you a solution. 

 

FUNDRAISERS:

Fundraisers are printed and shipped at the discretion of the people we are hosting for. The hosting client controls most of the process and we will produce as fast as possible once all the information about the order is ready to go. Please contact us for any questions about the fundraiser you are supporting. 

 

NO TIMELINE GUARANTEE: 

Print 2 Prosper does not guarantee any date, any length of production time. Nor will we tolerate any rude comments or disrespect concerning your order. It is our goal to leave every customer satisfied, with that said this process is here to help those that can not afford to print large quantities of apparel and hope to sell them. We are here to help people. If you are deemed to have been rude, disrespectful or mean to anyone on the staff including our hosting client, your order will be refunded and cancelled without notice. BE KIND, WE ARE HUMAN.
